Welcome to Zinzil. These Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zinzil's website, apps, and AI companion services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zinzil. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.
• You must provide accurate information at registration.
• One account per person.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zinzil to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or characters in ways that suggest real harm to real people.
• Attempt to extract personal information about real individuals from AI characters.
• Generate content involving minors in any sexual context. This is zero-tolerance and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
• Upload malware, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Impersonate Zinzil staff or other users.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without a written agreement.

4. AI-generated content

Zinzil's characters are AI-generated. Responses are not facts, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Do not rely on AI responses for decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal situation. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal.

6. Content and intellectual property

Zinzil owns the Service, its characters, and the underlying technology. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Zinzil a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for operating and improving the Service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for remaining subscription time except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zinzil is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
